Listing products on Second Shot is easy! All you need is a decent photo, an accurate description of the product, a fair price, and your gear will be ready to share with countless coffee lovers!

Shipping and Handling
Once an order is placed, you have 72 hours to get your gear shipped out! We have resources to help you safely and correctly package up your product. You can ship the item yourself, or purchase a shipping label with insurance through our Second Shot Shipping.
Payments and Commissions
You will be able to track your sales and earnings through your seller dashboard. All payments will be released within 10 days of the buyer receiving their product and no disputes have been filed.

What fees will I pay for selling on Second Shot?
Listing a product is totally free! Once your item has sold, Second Shot will withhold 8% of the total sale. This fee covers platform maintenance, payment processing, and dispute resolution services.
When will I get my money?
Payouts will be issued within 10 days after the buyer has confirmed receipt of the item, or after the specified timeframe if no disputes are raised.
How do I connect my bank account?

I sold an item, what’s next?
Once someone has purchased your product, you’ll have 72 hours to ship your product. If you need help packaging your equipment, you can check out our blog on how to properly do that. Once your item has been shipped, valid tracking details must be immediately uploaded to the platform so your buyer can keep an eye out for their new gear!

Can I list new products on Second Shot?
Did you get a product as a gift and never open it, or perhaps just ended up with 2 of the same brewers, or perhaps you’re sitting on excess inventory. All are welcome to be listed on Second Shot, but must be priced fairly.
Can I list an item with multiple quantities?
Yes! If you’re looking to clear out excess inventory, you’re more than welcome to list them on Second Shot as long as it is priced fairly.
