Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Check out your seller’s storefront to see what their return policies are. Returns may be requested for the following conditions:

  • Significantly Not as Described: The item does not match the description or photos in the listing.
  • Damaged in Transit: The item arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling.
  • Defective Items: The item does not function as described, excluding wear and tear typical of used equipment.

You can contact a seller directly on their storefront page.

You can only review sellers that you have bought directly from. To do so, you can scroll down on their page and click on “Reviews.” You may then leave a detailed review describing the purchasing process with this seller. It will then be published to their storefront for other potential buyers to see.

You should receive tracking information from your seller once the item has been shipped. Sellers are required to ship purchased items within 72 hours unless communicated directly to buyer through the platform. If you do not receive tracking after the 72 hour window, you may reach out to the seller for additional information.

In the case of lost or damaged items, buyers should first reach out to the seller to resolve the problem. 

Lost items: If an item is lost in transit, sellers should work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Buyers should contact Second Shot if additional assistance is required. 

Damaged items: If an item arrives damaged, buyers must provide photographic evidence and initiate a claim with the seller through the platform. Second Shot may mediate to determine responsibility and resolve the issue.
