  • Agree to be responsible for all activities under your account.
4. User Accounts

Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please notify us immediately. Users must ensure that all information provided during registration and in your account is accurate and up-to-date.

5. Seller Terms
  • Listing Products: Sellers must list items accurately, including any flaws or imperfections, to ensure buyer confidence.
  • Prohibited Items: Only coffee-related equipment is allowed on Second Shot. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, non-coffee appliances, food products, and items not accurately represented.

  • Shipping and Handling: Sellers are responsible for securely packing, shipping, and providing tracking for items within the specified timeframe after a sale is confirmed.
6. Buyer Terms

For disputes between users, Second Shot offers mediation assistance. If issues cannot be resolved, Second Shot reserves the right to make a final decision based on provided information.

Seller Agreement

Welcome to Second Shot! This Seller Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all sellers using our platform to list and sell coffee equipment. By listing items on Second Shot, you agree to this Seller Agreement and our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility to Sell

To sell on Second Shot, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have an active Second Shot account.
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Listing Products
  • Accuracy: You must provide an honest and detailed description of your product, including any flaws, defects, or missing components.
  • Images: Upload clear, accurate photos of the actual item for sale. Stock images are not allowed unless explicitly approved.
  • Prohibited Items: Only coffee or cafe related equipment is allowed. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
    • Non-coffee or cafe related equipment.
    • Items that are stolen, counterfeit, or hazardous.
  • Pricing: You are responsible for setting the price of your items. Prices should be competitive and reflective of the item’s condition.
3. Seller Responsibilities
  • Communication: Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and confirm orders in a timely manner.
  • Shipping: Sellers are responsible for securely packaging items and shipping them within 1-7 business days of order confirmation. Tracking information must be provided to the buyer through the platform.
  • Condition Standards: Items must meet the condition described in the listing. Misrepresentation may result in penalties, including account suspension.
4. Fees and Payments
  • Listing Fees: Second Shot may charge a fee for listing items. The fee structure is outlined on our [Fees Page].
  • Transaction Fees: A percentage of the final sale price is deducted as a transaction fee.
  • Payouts: Payments are released to sellers 10 days after the buyer confirms receipt of the item. Payments are processed through our secure payment system.
5. Returns and Refunds
  • Sellers must accept returns in cases where the item is significantly not as described.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain trust and integrity on Second Shot, sellers may not:

Buyer Agreement

1. Eligibility to Buy

To purchase items on Second Shot, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have an active Second Shot account.
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Buyer Responsibilities
  • Review Listings Carefully: Buyers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing item descriptions, photos, and seller-provided details before purchasing.
  • Ask Questions: If clarification is needed, buyers should contact sellers directly through the platform before completing a purchase.
  • Accurate Information: Ensure your shipping and payment details are accurate and up-to-date.
3. Purchases and Payments
